Meat/Fowl

All of our animals are free range and are fed transitional food. Transitional food is food produced by a farm that is in the process of converting to organic. There is a three year period where the farm must stay organic before it can be certified, and during that period the feed is called transitional. We sell whole chickens and turkeys which are priced by the pound. We also sell pigs by half or whole.

Produce

We grow a large variety of organic fruit, vegetables, and herbs. The vegetables we grow include three types of onions, nine types of garlic, shallots, potatoes, lettuce, peppers, green beans, peas, squash, rhubarb, leeks, and other vegetables. We also grow basil, mint, and tomatoes.

Other

In addition to the vegetables, meat and fowl we produce on this farm, we also produce eggs, maple syrup and honey. We have 50 chickens that are specifically egg producing chickens. The eggs are sold by the dozen. Maple syrup that we produce during the spring is sold by the pint or quart. Honey is also sold by the pint or quart.
